Wow, Marc, this seems terrifying! I'd known from talking to Janine how bad it got, but with your description of your symptoms, I can't even imagine. I'm so glad to hear that you are climbing out of the deep valley! Looking forward to the next installment. I'm fascinated, and wondering if any of these things might explain some of my own issues (joint pain/rapidly worsening carpal tunnel. . .)

Wow Marc what an ordeal! I am so glad you finally got to the bottom of your health issues. I can't wait to read part 2. Please reach out if you ever want to brainstorm with me. Detox was a big part of my healing too!

I today can relate to your story! When Corey and I went to London this past July, my weird rash went away and I felt better! Once I was home, it came back! I thought the exact same thoughts. Oh it's the non gmo food and no pesticides! Lol!

@beckcolvin Thanks for your comment. We always wonder how someone else's experience might map onto our own. Frankly I think that's a great place to start. That's what got me thinking outside the box, another doctor's story of mysterious illness and her courage to ask new questions and not dismiss the answers.

@Beth Schultz. We have to talk Beth. Are you still in town?

@coreynkimk. I will never ignore weird behavior from another weird rash again. Hope you figure out what's causing yours!

Hi Marc, we are a family who just recently moved to Bend, OR. Our 13 year old daughter has a debilitating illness which I'm suspecting is Lyme since we moved from Minnesota last year and we all had tick bites every year, it seemed. Her Lyme test is IND and her co-infection tests are negative. I'm trying to make sense of it all. Thank you for your blog which has led me to dig deeply into the world of toxins, rather than accept that my daughter has "POTS and that's that, live with it."
