I’m looking for the address, cost and information to forward to MB in Germany to get document(s) certificate, possibly remade window sticker. I was told there was a company in California that advertise this package in Star Magazine. At lease two members of my local club have these but do not have the original contact. It was suggest to contact my local Dealer. They said they had no information on this but did give me a database dump on my car. Any info around?

The factory certificate you're referring to is no longer available. I purchased one in the early 2000's. It's my understanding that the certificates were stopped because some had sadly been falsified by unscrupulous individuals to appear to document a more valuable MB than the model originally noted on the certificate. I think the data card with your particular MB will provide the documentation you're looking for.

The window sticker aka Monroney Sticker, was created at the US dealer prep centers, not Germany, as it's a US law that requires it since 1958.

Thanks, I’ll talk to my dealer again to see if he can recreate the show room sales sticker

MBUSA, in some cases, can reproduce the Monroney sticker.
