Greetings. Usually I must select a given printer before the attributes of that printer carry over to the "page Set-up" menu. I have an EPSON WF-7620 AIO printer that can handle up to SuperB size paper, however, when I go to the "Page Set-up" pull-down menu after selecting this printer, I do not see "tabloid" or "SuperB" paper sizes as an option and therefore the "page break" lines int he drawing environment do not adjust and I cannot print to 11"x17" paper. Any thoughts regarding this bug?? Please advise...

Hi Wayne, My suggestion would be if you don't see the "tabloid" or "SuperB" page sizes in the list, you may need to add them as a custom page size. Once added they should then stay in the list for you.

Greetings, Try as I may to noodle around the PC Draft menu's and settings, I don't see anywhere that I can set a "Custom" paper size to print on. Please advise how I might do this in PC Draft.

Hi Wayne, I have looked into how you may be able to create a custom page to get around the problem you are having with your printer driver. Please follow the steps below: *To create a custom paper size in Windows 7, perform the following:* 1. Open the Devices and Printers control panel applet. 2. Select Print server properties. 3. On the Forms tab, select Create a new form; enter a name and select the attributes, then click OK. 4. Right-click the printer, and select its Printing preferences 5. Select the Layout tab, and click Advanced. 6. You can see from the paper size drop down that the new size should be available. If you need some more help with these steps, please contact support and they will be able to give more detailed instructions. I hope this helps. :)

Steps 1 through 4 went fine. However, when I Right click on the selected printer and open up the "Printing preferences" window... There is no TAB anywhere marked "Layout" to be seen... ! Any other suggestions ??

Did you manage to add the new paper size? The last steps are only auto verify the paper size. It should now come up in your page setup in PCDraft?

No... the new paper size does not appear in PC Draft. I have no selection for 11"x17" or "Tabloid" size paper in my Page Setup pull down menu...

I still have NOT been able to resolve this problem. I CANNOT select 11"x17" paper size or "tabloid" size paper in the Page Set-up panel of PC DRAFT V500. When I check the Printer Preferences of my EPSON WF-7620 printer I see the forms for 11"x17" and Tabloid - which are the correct size, but they do not register in the PC DRAFT application. On my same computer, I can open a WORD Document, format the text to a "tabloid" size paper and successfully print out the document on an 11"x17" piece of paper. I can select this paper size in the "Page Set-up" panel of the WORD application. On my same computer, I opened up the PAINT application and created a simple drawing that I formatted to a "tabloid" size paper and successfully printed out the drawing on an 11"x17" piece of paper. I can select this paper size in the "Page Set-up" panel of the PAINT application. I repeat my previous assertion that there is something in PC DRAFT V500 that does NOT recognize the existing Printer Preferences of my EPSON WF-7620 printer in the Windows 7 OS of my machine. O ther applications in this same laptop PC can and do recognize the "tabloid" size paper and can print it properly. ONLY PC DRAFT does NOT work properly. I want to see this through and give you the benefit of the doubt to resolve this problem. I need my version of PC DRAFT to do this. If it CANNOT, I will need to return this software and ask for my money back. Thank you. Wayne E Brenengen, Colorado Technology Company Denver, Colorado USA
