"Open Recent" not working.

Even though I have created and saved several drawings, they are not listed, when try to use the "Open Recent" File function. All I see is the "Clear Recent" button.

Hi there, Have you tried removing your preferences, as there may be a conflict causing the recent list not to build. Is the recent document showing in the Document Chooser panel or the Recent menu in the File menu?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, docs in question showing in Document Chooser panel (if that is what displays when I click "Open", under the File menu. No, docs in question are not showing in Recent Menu Not sure where to find preferences for Micropspot...

Hi, Please send an email to support@microspot.co.uk and they will sed you instructions for deleting your preferences.

Thanks for your response. I later found your website's instructions for deleting preferences, and did so. Completely stripped my HD of all MD, Microspot, and uk files...completely cleaned all traces, as best I can tell, for even all v7. files as well. Deleteted v7 app and emptied trash. Reinstalled and registered v7 Same problem exists. Have explicitly outlined what i have done in an email to support@microspot.com and received a ticket number of 6746. Should we take the 'support' route from here on, and truncate this forum discussion?

Unfortunately, after sending screenshots and further problem descriptions upon Support's request, I still have not received much info as to how this will get resolved from Support. ticket number: 6746 It's now about five months, since notifying Support.... I would like to know if there is something else I should try on my end, or if a fix attempt is in the works on your end, Am using v701. Am willing to work with you on this issue, but need a player on your end. I can call mid-day your time. Just tell me what time, day, and what number. Am on EST time. john Clearwater, FL

Have just installed MD 7.0.2. The lack of "open recent" drawings list problem continues to exist. I've sent numerous requests for assistance along with comprehensive screen captures of my system prefs, but cannot get a response from anyone, other than the standard MD delete prefs protocol, which I have done, numerous times. What do I have to do to get additional assistance on this issue?
