Testing the real-time-i-ness
How was the real-time-i-ness for you?
Pretty nice guys!
It's not that powerful, at least not yet. They still need to add lot's of features that major forum software such as IP.Board and vBulletin. It's a good start though but they have a lot of work to do if this is ever going to be full-fledged forum software.
So far I found it doesn't support Chinese well.
Good job!very nice!
Will moot support other language translations (like bulgarian for example)?
@kamran I responded to your thoughts about Moot needing to compete with vBulletin feature wise here: http://moot.it/forum/#!/skinning-css#how-to-embed-pic-or-video s the tl;dr version: We've designed Moot the way it is now on purpose. We believe minimalistic modern and simple forums are the future. Not everyone will agree, but that's ok. :)
@guoguo Chinese support is coming soon! @apps-bulgaria we have new languages with support for adding your own coming in about 3 weeks
Glad to hear this :-)
Thanks everyone for the nice comments :) Here is a test forum where you can fool around, the content is reset periodically: http://moot.it/demos/forum.html
It looks and behaves extremely nice. But why oh why did you overlook the links to individual posts?
Links to threads are already there, links to replies coming soon.
I like it!!!
That's great - can't wait to embed this on my blog
@allon there is now RTL demo here: http://moot.it/demos/rtl.html
