I understand that I can embed muut in a page in my own site (my preference) I have a few questions: First, the site is a member-access only LMS hosted by rainmaker so are there any issues embedding in a member-access site? Second, do I still need to purchase the "large" package to assure the forum is private? And finally, I do not see a way to contact muut other than via the forum and your twitter account is fairly inactive, is the forum the only option for customer service?

Hi there! Thanks for your patience. We're a small team with nearly 2 million communities, so we do our best to get to everyone but it means sometimes we're not instant in our replies. Let's hit all your questions: >First, the site is a member-access only LMS hosted by rainmaker so are there any issues embedding in a member-access site? If you just want to embed Muut onto your existing website, it's totally supported. However, if you want Muut to link into your Rainmaker membership/authentication system, that is not available at this time — we do not have integration with that particular platform. >Second, do I still need to purchase the “large” package to assure the forum is private? You can learn more about your private community options on [this blog post](https://muut.com/blog/technology/private-forums-101/). The LARGE plan is not required. >And finally, I do not see a way to contact muut other than via the forum and your twitter account is fairly inactive, i s the forum the only option for customer service? I think they answered this on twitter, but I'll also add in that you can also email us: `info [at] muut.com`

Thanks. For clarification. I can embed the forum in an accessible page but not within the members only section of my site, correct?

You should be able to add it to your members only section of your site (as long as they allow HTML embedding) but your users will need to log in twice. Once into your system, and then they'll need to create and login with a Muut account if they want to post. :)
