When I signed up for this service two weeks ago, the website advertised a paid and a free option. Today I received an email saying my trial was over and my community had been deactivated. If your policy changed during my 2 week trial, it's only fair to honor what I had been told from the beginning. I'm extremely disappointed and after this situation, I am reluctant to sign up for anything with this company.

Those folks who signed up for the trial before the changeover will find that their forum will still default to the free plan after their trial ends, despite what the email says! :)

That's why we need a blog post about the changes. Muut always communicated widely when all modifications were made.
