Sounds like for some reason your page isn't updating the timestamp when new content is loading. Let me check on something on our end before you start digging into your side of things

Actually, it's not always an hour. I've recently waited for an hour without activity in muut then sent a message and after about 5 minutes the page was broken with the same error.
Are you perhaps using IE when this happens? If so, can it be replicated in chrome?

Do you have any advice on how we can replicate the problem? We've been trying to do it with our system and can't seem to cause it to happen. The error will only appear when the your forum makes a request and receives back a timestamp:invalid response. If the timestamp is expired or wrong Muut will have issues so instead we display the error to help diagnose a potential issue on your end. But if there's something on our end causing an issue with specific integrations we'd like to find it. So your help in replicating the issue or a glimpse into how you're setting up the integration on your end would be a boon in tracking things down whether its on your end or ours! :)
