I can't get a response from them either.
I've subscribed for one year and have mixed results on support. Some questions were answered quickly, and I have a couple of posts on the Forum without a response. The software works well for my application, and since my account is autopay, the subscription was recently renewed for a year.
Most of the Muut team now works for SecurityTrails. I tried contacting the original sales person I dealt with several years ago when we first started integration, and they don't work there anymore, and know no one I can contact. I have been trying on and off all year to reach anyone who works for Muut, with very little in the way of responses. The latest success was back in June when they assured Muut is still being maintained.
