has anyone had any trouble with the leash pressure game? Roger just stands there after a couple of times and just stares at me lol

Yeah I had a problem with using food for this game. Jess was just not going for it. I used family members in the end to act very excited and this helped. We don't always get the desired result on walks though ☺

I combine A-B and then run,cue and run with her to get her interest, if she doesn't respond to leash pressure within 2-3 seconds. I didn't use food as Cara only has food on cue, so I use other distractions for leash pressure....sniffing, noise, cars etc. Good luck Myles, I'm sure Roger will begin to understand the game.

I also can't "practice" this game. Benny just stays by my side (he thinks it's proximity!) But I do use this on walks - when he sniffs at a spot for too long, or when we need to get away from distractions and triggers. So it's kinda real life application. It takes a while, but Benny's getting better, giving in quite soon (unless the distraction is really strong. I sometimes have to act like a clown to get his attention, and then like Jo, cue and run with him.
