Hello! Iโ€™m moving to Bishop (4,150โ€™) this season to a plot of land that I would like to work ASAP. I currently live in zone 10b at sea level, so this will be a big change for me. I would love to connect with other gardeners and farmers with high desert experience, looking forward to meeting you all. ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŒพ

We live in Gardnerville, but new to farming this season and hoping to incorporate no till moving forward. We did have to burn, disc, and rototill to get our abandoned land of 5 years, post a flood in shape to do something productive for this season. Now learning how to build up the soil so itโ€™s nutrient dense and undisturbed for future grows. Trying to learn of an alternative to laying tarp down on raised beds with a drip line system.
