Multiple Actions // Do I Need It?

Has anyone tried running it simply without using the Multiple Action aspect? I'm just curious as I'm feeling this part is where many would get hung up. I'm very new to this game, and was curious if my first short campaign would suffer if not using this feature or if it'd be better/easier for my also brand new players? Thanks for any advice or input.

For my group we left it out until they ranked up to amateur, at which point I discussed whether they wanted to introduce the mechanic as a way to make play more strategic. They decided to incorporate it at that time. The best thing I could recommend is that you mention that you take some time during session 0 to mention that there is a complex combat mechanic. Then offer the players that you could: 1) take time to explain it now, 2) all agree to ban it for the campaign 3) put off implementing it until a future story milestone (where you would give the group another chance to see if they wish to incorporate it then) In the end you know your playgroup better than me, so it will be up to what fits all yall the best~
