I once played as a Capture Specialist in PTU, whose job was to get rare or requested pokemon for sale. From wild types to a pet Buneary for a kid. In this system I imagine that would entail, on top of the capture, lowering Disobedience, and increasing Loyalty for behavior, as well as Happiness for disposition. There are no strictly defined mechanics for how that would work since these stats are RP-related, but I imagine it would work like a Training Session where you roll against Disobedience and/or Will of the Pokémon. On top of the RP, of course.
