ITMSF 15% down

Charles

What´s goind on with ITMSF? Something the street knows that we don´t? Or just people shorting the stock to try to accumulate cheap shares before some big news hits the wires in the coming days? Man....this market is just insane. Have to have some strong stomache to endure the ups and downs.

It would be typical Gomes style: Tell the world to hold for $1.00 fair value, while he sells for a quick 15% gain. The definition of pump and dump, yet Gomes will deny it until he's blue in the face. I predict he will be totally out of ITMSF well before it ever reaches $1.00, let alone $2.00. But he will claim that he called the triple if it ever happens, and feign confidence all the way.

How is Vertex sales a net decrease of 4.32% if they sold 4 million shares? They went from approx 20 million shares to 15.7 million shares of common stock. Can it possibly be when we thought INVESCO was selling in February it was actually Vertex? Or a combination of both? Wouldn't INVESCO have to report a similar change of holdings? From the 3/10 filing: Net increase or decrease in the number or principal amount of securities, and in the eligible institutional investor’s(s’) security holding percentage in the class of securities, since the last report filed by the eligible institutional investor(s): Since the last report filed for June 2015, there has been a net decrease of 4,097,500 Class A common shares (the “Common Shares”) of the Reporting Issuer over which the Eligible Institutional Investor has control or direction, resulting in a net decrease of 4.32% in the Eligible Institutional Investor’s security holding percentage.

Vertex Selling Shares. Lots of spin on this bit of news out. Basically people are stating that they are selling to keep the % of the company owned around 20%. Maybe they are just selling to decrease risk exposure in a deal that may go bad? I was wondering what peoples thoughts are on this development. JC

Is mark falling victim to confirmation bias? Lots of not good news here being spun positively.

Any news on what's happening with this service? Not seeing any recent updates from Karnell.

That was the shortest CC I've ever heard. Just 15 mins & no questions. Effectively no new information.

That's what I was thinking. Just waiting on the $$$

Alan, when you say there were no questions, do you mean there were no callers who offered up a question when asked at the end? Or do you mean management never opened the floor up for questions?

As per MG on SA re questions: " There was a glitch with the conference call company. Mgt is working to resolve the issue somehow."

Someone, presumably quoting from an IR communication: "It turns out there were many people that were queuing up for questions. It seems that the queuing system may have gotten overwhelmed for a moment and then compiled them all at once just as we said goodbye. I’ve never seen that before. We did have a record number of people on the call thought. We thought it was very strange to have no questions. We are going to issue a press release to repeat the call tomorrow live and take shareholder questions. Please join us with your questions then."

Listened to most of the conference don't have time for the end - here are my notes Positive operational cash flow expected in the next year 12 million payment will close in Q2 - project financing taking longer than expected Working with Vertex for 7 million debt coming up in April - was expecting cash from SDI earlier but now will Need to revise similar to other debt earlier this year Working on other material opportunities in pipeline Objective of debt free balance sheet in next year or so We can address royalty - can not guarantee outcome but acknowledge that it is a major issue for shareholders Due to political complexities cannot comment on closing of future SDI projects Mark Gomes first question - <blah blah no good info>... then a large portion of the down payment is for mobilisation costs - getting the plane ready, approvals. 90 day period started in February so should be good if project starts by sometime in May. Be careful with what they read on the Internet - if there were any issues with covenants the company would communicate that. Milestone payments will be issued press release immediately. Next question - Do have other SDIs working on that would be funded by government direct instead of financing company. Depending on how many years of pipeline, 200-500 million of opportunity. 3 to 5 countries being talked to at any given time. Intermap forte is dealing with emerging countries rather than more developed countries Next question - We have enough people to operate several SDIs. Next question - would like replace royalty with cash - even with royalty, Intermap still outperforms many competitors on a margin basis - royalty on net revenues so subtrack many costs first. Intermap earnings get pushed back due to low staff. CFO/CEO would have loved to buy stock like when it was at 7 or 8 cents, but not allowed generally to buy any shares since company constantly has substantial insider information on large contracts. Not allowed to do business in a country like China due to high tech nature of planes - country could knock down plan and take technology Another next question - Working on other SDIs of similar magnitude - CFO cautions there are no guarantees that they will close to be cautious Mark Gomes again - CEO says that there are not Ferraries and Porsches in parking lot, so management does not have tons of money to invest - they do have some options already however. No date for future options. Gomes still asking questions...

Thanks Remi. I also listened to the call. It certainly seemed to me to deal with a lot of the issues that bears have with this company. While most of the bull theses were confirmed. Gave me confidence to add a little more again just now. Obviously all the same risks are still there, but feel a little less likely after that call.

Not only did this stock NOT POP after the 125M come in, but did jack-'sh--' despite the final extra 50M which totalled 175M. Sounds to me that the 'alleged' troll MITK-investor called it right and MG made-off BIG with our $$$ as we spent ($20,000) in my case at the 50-60-cents range. Seems to me that yet again, MG and company (Karnells' ? ) were/are rather sophisticated rip-off scoundrels who were smart enough to concoct this PTT site which only tripled there holdings while we PUMPED our hard earned $$$ in and watched it reduced by a factor of 3. I'm starting to think that this 'whole lawsuit' crap is also made up, a smoke screen to dissipate (successfully so) many of us without a peep of class-action or even more fitting to them, SEC injunctions for them. And for those who care, yes I've not taken any of my meds today !!!
