I'v been away a lot the past few months and not sure what happened here. Did Mark just bail when things got a little tough. Did he basically ride a hot streak in to this, then made a few mistakes and bailed on all the paid subscribers. Since PTT doesnt seem to be talking, can someone please summarize what happened. And what's the status of getting our portion of our unpaid subscription. if you want to send privately my email is rwallin71@gmail.com i would love to hear from you.

In all serious there really is not much to summarize. The facts are, Mark sent out the cessation of service announcement. and that is really about all we know. Mark made it sound like a business dispute and he had no choice, Karnell's make it sound like Mark just walked, no warning, just gone. Almost anything beyond that is speculation. Mark posted a few times saying he was our best chance at salvaging some value from our subscription, but he has been gone a long time and seems committed to replicating this model with his old, self owned company. Now it sounds like Karnell's are suing mark and trying to hire a replacement analyst. Hard to say if we will get anything more than a really expensive message board out of the deal.

I thought he said it a couple times. This quote is all I could find though. From the Google group. "So, if you ever trusted in me, try to hold on to it a bit longer, because I may be everyone's only shot of a positive outcome (knowing our corporate structure and the limited avenues it provides for legal recourse)." -Mark Gomes-
