yeah agreed
On a related note, here are [7 Batman films that didn't make the cut](http://wallstcheatsheet.com/stocks/7-batman-films-that-didnt-make-the-cut.html/?ref=YF). I'm intrigued by what the 2004 "Batman vs Superman" attempt could've brought to the table. "Batman Triumphant" on the other hand, not so much!
I'm entirely salivating over the possibility of Clint Eastwood in The Dark Knight Returns. That story is my favorite Batman story arc, (though the Court of Owls is pretty awesome). :D Great article!
Affleck has matured since becoming a powerhouse director. I think that will carry over into his Bruce Wayne. I hope. Brian Cranston might play Lex Luthor.
I think it's been confirmed he will be playing Lex. Would have hoped for a younger actor who closer to Henry Cavill's age, but BC is a very good actor so he'll do fine.
This keeps getting bigger and bigger. Now Wonder Woman has been cast! http://www.totalfilm.com/news/gal-gadot-cast-as-wonder-woman-in-batman-vs-superman They might as well call this Justice League now.
If anyone deserves a "Dark and Gritty Reboot," it's WW. Maybe this time she can be normal and not an Amazonian?
I would be fine with her not being an Amazon, but she can't be normal because that would defeat the point of her being Wonder Woman. I honestly don't know that much about her, but I do agree that her ties to Greek Mythology can get a bit silly sometimes.
So a more real-ish version would be good, but not too Chris Nolan.
We will have to wait another year :( http://movies.yahoo.com/news/warner-bros-pushes-batman-vs-superman-back-10-011059924.html
That might be good though, means they're really thinking about it.
At this point can't they just make a Justice League film? They already have Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in there, and now they have an extra year to work on the story. Come on DC, just go for it! Meanwhile, I'll keep getting my weekly DC fix with Arrow!
Yeah, they probably can't bother with having stand-alones for all the other members what with Green Lantern being absolute crap.
Jesse Eisenberg has be cast as [Lex Luthor](http://sourcefed.com/confirmed-jesse-eisenberg-is-lex-luthor/). No comment :)
Eisenberg.... Not Heisenberg unfortunately Hahaha.
I'm am a bit glad they didn't go with Heisenberg as well. I've always imagined Lex to be the same age or slightly older than Superman. Cranston is just too old. I hope Jesse pulls a Heath Ledger and surprises everyone. I hope! :)
I second that with Ben Affleck as well.
Anyone else excited for this "Gotham" show? Looks pretty sweet.
Has there been footage released from the pilot already?
No, but lots of casting news.
