What are some potential areas to explore for ADR work if I live in a non-union location? 1)Almost all cities has a civil service commission requiring Hearing Officers. 2)Many states allow cities to voluntary recognize unions, and therefore have labor arbitration. 3)Most states provide teachers with job protections and require Hearing Officers. 4)All colleges have some job protection forums 5)Every non-union state has plenty of federal employees with bonafide labor arbitration.
