A dismissed felony charge, not a conviction is not necessarily a disqualifier. However, your total history of drug use, criminal activity, and other contributing factors can garner either a temporary or permanent disqualification. Each individuals history is evaluated, but the length of time between application and past problematic activity definitely factors into the outcome.
