Cool. Can you do that for the german site (amazon.de) too?
Here are the results of the Amazon.ca run: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/122ujM7upfiJ2-N9nyvCcvRlLCoEzqzaUNYai0jWqr4k/pubhtml Unfortunately not much came out of it (as some of you predicted). I think the problem is that in the Canadian site Amazon for some reason hides a lot of prices until the item is added to cart, so my script ends up throwing these items out of the analysis. To get any results at all I had to relax the filter to include everything that is at least 30% and $10 off New price and review count of only 25 or more and still I only got a handful of results. I will posting them all here simply to follow through on my promise, but unfortunately there isn't much substance.
Will look into running the .de site. Will post here if I find anything.
There you go: Amazon.de warehouse scan: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pQgIrL3ux4DcHk-NyhchVac-_YletDivZ2srrupW8o0/pubhtml 25+ reviews, 4+stars 50% off and 50 EUR or more difference
Nice list for .de, could you ran another one? Whats the difference, when not using the 4+ stars filter? Thanks
Hi addyblub. I am working on other variations of the script now and have temporarily disabled the Warehouse one. I am considering making the runs of that script more regular and making the results available for download via this site. Stay tuned. Thanks.
