Thanks for letting me know! Most likely it will be another one of those things that Amazon has been taking away from us, but I'll take a look. And thank you for the super generous coffee! Biggest one I've ever got. I am working on migrating functionality of this site into a Chrome/Firefox add-on that will integrate some of my favorite features directly into your Amazon shopping experience. As a thanks for your support I promise you'll be among the first people I'll be sharing a preview with. So stay tuned (and let's hope I can find time to keep working on it)!
Could I ask you to describe the ways in which you use this site most often? As I mentioned, I am building a browser extension that would inject some of so.cool's functionality directly into amazon browsing experience, and I want to make sure I capture most use cases that people care about. Thanks!
Sure, Primarily use it to hunt for mis-priced or very low price items (Some examples, use the amazon low-to-high option then sort by Subscribe & Save for cheap fillers or use the low-to-high then filter out books, music and movies add some requirements like 3-stars minimum to get some results and go through the results). Another was using the "search by title only" option to find things labeled as "Pack" or "Count" in some categories to find cheap packs or cases of food, household goods, etc.
Got it, thank you! I'll try to make sure to include all of those things in the extension. So am I correct to assume that you use it mostly for business-like purposes (like resale)?
Mostly just sharing it with co-workers, putting it on some deal-sites for people to get or in some telegram groups for sharing stuff like that. Once in a while if it's good enough may try to sell it locally but generally just stick to sharing it elsewhere as that can be a pain in the neck to deal with.
Same for me on ways to use the site. I'd love to be notified of your extensions!
