Hi all, Quite new to this and am loving it so far. Just wanted some advice really and to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I was practicing on my husband last night and we got about 20 minute in with the tibetan singing bowls and gong and he had to stop. He started to cry and told me that the sound bath had brought up a memory that had been long forgotten. It was surrounding a form of abuse that happened in his teens which he had buried. At first I was worried that I had unlocked this scary trauma for him and it was my fault but we took some breaths and talked it through. I said that the sound had found it's way to a blockage of energy that needed healing and releasing in order for him to move forward. We looked into some information online about healing repressed memories and think he will get some more advice I just wondered if this is something anyone else had experienced and any advice for what I can do to help in the moment as a practitioner to support and if there was anything or anyway I could have handled that moment better? Thanks x
