How do I remove this shit?

Everytime I uninstall startAllBack, it throws my explorer into a crash loop. After some time a toolbar appears saying to hold ESC which btw does absolutely nothing... I want this thing GONE and windows reinstall is not a solution!

Run startisbackcfg /uninstall and/or reinstall for current user, uninstall reinstall for all users, uninstall

This happened to me before too, but then they released an update and it fixed it.
