Well, I reconnected the second monitor and now everything is okay (I mean True Launch Bar is placed on the first screen) except one thing which is Mouse Without Borders is not displayed at all. It is in the list of applications "Other system tray icons" on the "Tray icons" configuration page but nothing changes when I check or uncheck it.
