The borders of the taskbar buttons show some weird color when in hovered state.
The border color should be the same hue like the general highlight color generated from the program icon.
But the border color is wrong somehow ... maybe inverted/reversed?
It only happens when the mouse is hovering over the taskbar button.
It is more prominent/visible when the taskbar button doesn't have focus.
It is only a minor glitch but it would be great if you can fix it.

Seems you're right. Frame highlight is drawn with RGB channel swapped
