Found that this happens for Network as well.
Just discovered how the issue is reproduced. It only happens when the taskbar is on the bottom of a secondary display, it works when on the primary display. I can reproduce this on all my PC's.
What's your display config / dpi / positions?
I'm not sure of the display settings themselves are a factor. For example this is my current Secondary Display config: Scale - 100% Resolution: 1680x1050 Orientation: Landscape Refresh Rate: 60hz If I make the above display my Primary and move the Taskbar from there to the new "secondary" I see the same issue. Other display config: Scale - 100% Resolution: 2560x1440 Orientation: Landscape Refresh Rate: 165hz So the issue seems to happen on whatever display is NOT primary.
3.6.3
Fixed in 3.6.3. Thanks!
