Start Menu Search Options

I found this feature while trying all the Start Menu programs available on the market, some don't even install, some use so much resources and some are just plain awful. Basically the feature would allows users to change what is being searched in the Start Menu, normally StartIsBack+ only searches for apps like in Windows 7 Start Menu, these options if implemented would allows searching for files like Window 8 Metro UI search or searching in Explorer but showing the results the Start Menu search. I've uploaded the features and options found in RetroUI and Classic Shell, Classic shell has more advanced options some of which may not need to implemented for an enhanced serach functionally in StartIsBack+. Please elaborate what exactly is missing. Options just for options don't make too much sense for me.

Instead of using the Win + S shortcut key to use Windows 8/8.1 search you can implement right into the Start Menu and then add an option to to combine the classic Windows 7 style search alongside Windows 8 search all into the Start Menu, some users might not like having both searches in the Start Menu because there is a lot more result and sometimes duplicates with names and icon slight changed can turn of the feature, same goes for searching for files in Explorer which can be implemented right in the Start Menu search and then again add an option to either turn it on of off. Explorer search in the Start Menu is not as important the Windows 8.1 search (Win + S) in the Start Menu, since it's a pain and sometimes users can't remember the shortcut key to bring up Windows 8.1 search and now they don't have to since the search in the Start Menu will use Windows 8/8.1 search results too.

Replying to this thread again, I all honesty this feature is totally optional if you do not want to implement I would understand but too have both Windows Metro search and Windows 7 search results on in the Start Menu does make things a lot more convenient for those who want to enable this option and it was also mean a lot less Win + S shortcut key presses when on the desktop and users want results from Windows 8 Metro search. Thanks again,
