Notifications cut off on different sized monitors

Depending on the virtual positioning of the monitors, notifications on the second monitor are cut off (also happens to volume control fly out) [cut off](//muut.com/u/startisback/s2/:startisback:tncF:startallback_cutoff_01.png.jpg) [not cut off](//muut.com/u/startisback/s2/:startisback:OkZ7:startallback_notcutoff_02.png.jpg)

Yep same issue. Main monitor is 1440p and second monitor is 1080p where I have the "main" taskbar. Top half of notifications is cut off
