right click on icon choose "open with" cause explorer.exe crash over and over

right click on icon choose "open with" cause explorer.exe crash
sometime when i restart explorer.exe in task manager, then startisback may cause explorer.exe crash in win10.
especially when right click on any files, to choose "open with", it cause explorer.exe crash everytime, unless restart the computer. and the screen flashes repeatedly and displays a message to "Hold ESC to stop StartIsBack from loading.. "

I don't see anything pointing to StartIsBack

because everytime when crash occur it appears“Hold ESC to stop StartIsBack from loading.. ”in screen, so it's pointing to StartIsBack

Nope. It's not pointing to StartIsBack, it offers to disable SIB if it detect any shell crash too often.
