StartAllBack Corrupting Icon Cache?

I'm experiencing and issue that I'm almost certain is caused by StartAllBack. Basically after some time, some icons in the start menu turn to black white page icons with the corner folded over as if their icons have gone missing. The shortcuts still work and the only way I can seem to fix it is to delete all instances of icon cache files from AppData, and then restart explorer. This has now happened on two brand new fresh installs of Windows 11 shortly after installing and configuring StartAllBack and then installing a few programs to start filling up the start menu. I never had this issue on Windows 10 and I have not installed anything different than what I ran on Windows, except for StartAllBack. I see (and replied to it) that another user on here reported the exact same issue early in 2022 but nobody ever replied to it.

Do you use M sized icons? Do you have any scenario for reproduction?

I was using the medium icons, yes. I can't really specifically reproduce it on the fly. It just seems to happen after I install a handful of programs after setting up StartAllBack how I want (with medium icons enabled) and one time it happened when I manually made and copied a shortcut into the start menu folder. The shortcut was fine when I made it and then as soon as I moved it into the ProgramData start menu folder, it turned blank.

Using M icons puts more strain on icon cache, but it crumbs down by itself.

I'm not sure what "crumbs it down" means but I'll just avoid using medium icons going forward because it broke the IconCache 3 times within 24 hours of using StartAllBack.

I've prepared a version which should fix M sized icons mix up https://startisback.com/StartAllBack_setup.exe
