In the system tray, some icons are not visible and are not clickable at all or sometime require clicking several times to display a menu. Restarting explorer fixing it for sometime https://youtu.be/C8rHp0Rlrvg

In addition, those apps that are not visible, also do not come up when left-clicking on them

Now after restart, i'm trying to right-clicking on adguard, Eset IS & IDM tray icons and nothing happens. and it is the same for left-clicking.
