Thanks, I ended up returning the record to the store, I figured replacing it would involve paying for shipping. But now here's the kicker: I bought a different copy in another record store (I live in Montreal, Canada) and it had the exact same problem! So I guess this might be a bigger problem than just one sleeve being misfilled.
definitely get in touch with Warp - they must be able to send you a replacement without you having to pay for shipping, it's not your fault that your copy is missing a disc
