LP order stuck at US Customs--anyone else experiencing this?

Hi everyone. Ochre tracking is reporting that my ETK/DL/Cobra LP order has been held at US customs since 13 September. Has anyone else in the US experienced this issue? Wondering if this order will end up being fulfilled or if I have to request a refund. Can't reorder because OBI strip options are long sold out. Any feedback appreciated.

Reached out to Ochre. They have no explanation other than ‘wait’.

This was Ochre's reply to my email: We can see that your package is currently being handled by Aramex who are a 3rd party broker that collects customs duties on behalf of the government. Have you received any correspondence from them to clear the custom duties for the delivery? Kind regards, Ochre Support

Honestly I expected more out of Bleep. Their customer support has been terrible. Ochre is basically shifting the blame to Aramex and washing their hands of the whole thing. At what point do we get a refund?
