Reached out to Ochre. They have no explanation other than ‘wait’.
Was just about to post the same question, so I'm glad I'm not the only one at least.
This was Ochre's reply to my email: We can see that your package is currently being handled by Aramex who are a 3rd party broker that collects customs duties on behalf of the government. Have you received any correspondence from them to clear the custom duties for the delivery? Kind regards, Ochre Support
Honestly I expected more out of Bleep. Their customer support has been terrible. Ochre is basically shifting the blame to Aramex and washing their hands of the whole thing. At what point do we get a refund?
