Q7. What would help you rest in God’s promise more than you are?

Would reading it more often help? What about checking in with a friend each day to share where you are regarding your promise? What about building into your day some two-minute breaks when you refocus on God’s love for you and His promise to you?

I need an accountability partner. My current journey through Scripture was meant to be endured alone, but I really wish my friend could work it with me.

I already check in with a friend on a daily basis, but I probably need to refocus on God's love for me throughout the day.

All the above! I find following an established routing of study, devotion and prayer is very helpful. Reading the Daily Offices or meditating on a Bible verse or even thinking about Lysa's weekly statements to remember helps me connect with God. Connecting with God helps me feel His presence and remember His love for me.

I need a friend or accountability partner. Also a few short breaks to help me refocus throughout the day would be nice too.

Christian conversations like this have been a big help when it comes to "living right."

Setting an alarm to take a reading break would be helpful.

Jesus promises that His presence is especially strong when two or three people gather to honor Him, so there must be power in group settings!
