5 Cheese Pesto Tortellini with asparagus & Chicken with Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread
-4 nix butter
-1 Tbsp minced garlic
-2 tsp italian seasoning
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Broil on 'low' till golden
Pesto
-3 Cups of Basil
-3 Cloves of Garlic
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 Cups of Olive Oil
-1/3 Cups of Pine Nuts
-1/2 Cups of Parmesan
Add all but oil into the processor, blend. Immulsify oil slowly once everything is blended. Makes 2 Cups
-2 Cups of Pesto
-1 lb pack tortellini
-1 bunch of asparagus
-1 loaf french bread
-2 boneless chicken breasts
-8 nix sweet grass butter
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, sauteeing with 2 nix butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cut asparagus into 1/3 size, cook till tender.
Boil tortellini til they float and inside temp is atleast 165 degrees, drain. Add 2 nix of butter to keep them from sticking
Toss tortellini, chicken and asparagus in pesto, top with Parmesan
