What you need:
- At Least 2 Pounds of Chicken Breasts
- One box of macaroni
- One box Shell pasta (Orecchiette)
- 8oz Cheddar, 8 oz Mozzarella, 8 oz Parmesan, Swiss.
-1 gallon Milk
- Sweet Grass Kitchen™ CannaButter
- 1 cup Flower
- Baking tin/glass
Start by getting everything prepped. Grade at least 2 cups of each cheese that you have save some for melting on top. Preheat your oven to 400, If you have defrosted your chicken start pre-cooking until done.
Start to melt 3 pats/sections of the Cannabutter in a decent sized saucepan at a medium heat. Once nice and melted stir in flour until it has a smooth look to it. Slowly start to pour in milk into mixture while stirring to keep it smooth and bubbling, this should take about 10 minutes.
Add the cheeses to mixture and stir until cheese is melted. Be sure that you keep some to melt on top. With your now cooked chicken shred half with a fork and cut the other half into small chunks(half inch by half inch)
Once melted and everything is smooth add pasta to mix, stir making sure everything is covered, Ad d a little mustard for both color a little bit more of flavor. Now add your chicken stir a enough to cover most of the chicken. Butter your pan or tin making sure everything is covered(you can use the canna butter or regular butter). Now evenly pour the chicken mac into the container. Now spread the remaining cheese onto evenly on top and place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden on top. Then walla you are done. This dish should surve about 5 people.
