6 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
8 tablespoons of total butter (infused and uninfused combined equals 8 tbsp)
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Melt butter and chocolate chips together on stovetop at low heat. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder with a whisk in a large bowl.
Add chocolate mixture until evenly combined.
Add flour and salt last and mix until an even batter is achieved.
Pour into greased pan and start the timer for 25 minutes, add more time if necessary in 5 minute increments.
Allow to cool for 20 minutes and enjoy!
