I have an every day migraines and they the strongest when I exercise. The couse of this is that I don't exercise at all. I would like to know if you know what exercise can I do that don't couse migraines? (I also tried yoga)

They are medically called Exertion Migrianes. I looked it up once. I have the same problem. I get a migraine attack after any extended exertion. Sorry don't have a solution.
