If it is proven that ICSO knew, then possibly. I'm wondering if the SOL can be tolled if you also go after the ICSO for actively concealing it. In that way, they would be considered accomplices, I would think. If it can be proven that this crime was covered up by local LE and the information not passed on to GBI due to intentional concealment/corruption, then maybe?

Bo is going to prison, one way or another. At any time, more charges can be added to his current charges. Probably not by the current IC DA, but by somebody.

I'm not sure how it works, but Bo's felony charges for military theft may somehow play into the SOL being tolled. Not sure if that applies in GA's SOL laws.
