No idea which kind it was and possibly am confusing this with something else, but thought I would ask just in case.
Yes Lex, Marcus's Mom deleted her answering machine messages from what I understand when she and Maria went to the house that morning when she failed to show up at school.
I think it was actually step mom, Deena.
If Meghan called Tara to tell her that Marcus was at the White Horse with another female, maybe Tara called him and they had a dust up on the phone and she decided to go up there and check things out. In the meantime, Marcus was probably calling her cell and landline and leaving some curt messages, basically telling her to leave him alone and move on. I could see why Marcus's mom or step mom would delete that. Bad form, but understandable. Idk, thoughts?
I don't think MH killed her, but it does seem like something may have come to a head that night between them.
Someone may have deleted the messages, but LE would still have his incoming calls on her phone records, which wouldn't have looked good for him to LE.
Maybe that's why so many in LE thought that Marcus was guilty for so long?
The phone records are where it's at. jmo
I'd sure be interested in the phone records of Bo and Ryan that night and anyone supposedly at that "party"
Don't know if Ryan had a phone, at least not a cell phone.
Do we know if any of the boys definantly had a cell around that time
Yes
So essentially if the police say looked into the records of these boys cells at that period which scarily the telco companies still have even if someone is deceased it could confirm against any calls made to taras cell or landline and any outgoing calls to someone else at an unreasonable hour
Yep, so if those boys who all were supposedly asleep suddenly had cell calls in the wee hours of the morning it would be interesting. Or if Bo or Ryan did, or anyone for that matter -- including any of the people mentioned as love interests. Like BC.
So really that lawyer from the gag hearing, Gollum or whatever his name is, is Ryan's representation now? Jeesh, I really thought someone else would be taking his case, particularly as the trial gets closer every day. I am shocked.
Probably had a landline still at that time, for dial-up internet as well as a house phone.
More than likely she did have a computer if i recall from the pics and she was emailing as we have seen aswell
Sorry, I meant Bo and Ryan's place.
It couldnt be that simple her phone logs would of had to been checked if there phone number was on it after she went missing a competant investigation would of found a link so an orchard search would def have rung alarm bells 🤯
Pay phones were still a thing back in 2005 also. They were fairly popular around here, especially at convenience stores. Seems like every store had at least one outside. If there were calls to/from a pay phone/s in Tara's cell or landline phone records, finding out and having actual proof of who made/received those calls could be almost impossible.
