If I were his attorneys I would argue double jeopardy for the conviction in Irwin but the rest makes sense. Ben Hill will argue the statute of limitations started when they first became aware of the crimes. Looks like another trial!
So now the DA believes Ryan?
So I guess we are going to see Nelson and the paulks on the stand real soon I feel the prosecution is butt hurt i don't like that Ashleigh introduced the statute outside of the jury but lawfully it shouldn't of been overuled garland clearly wrote a statement In 2005 , the statute clearly started when that was put in the case file the fact that every agent from that moment on failed their position and duty , especially shoudel who had no clue when he interviewed any of these suspects that their name were in there I can tell you if they had given us sleuthers the case file we wouldn't of been as bias and blind we would definantly not of needed a butt hurt girlfriend to go to the cops only because her partner raped someone at her friend's house 🤮 but still had the gall to stick by him and lie and set up someone 😳
Why is Jason Shoudel playing prosecutor?
How can you be charged with concealment of one body in two counties?
Powerful motion filed by the defense team today re the statute of limitations. I hope the Judge grants this motion for dismissal.
@georgia1234 it is definitely a stretch for GBI to say that they were unaware of the pecan-orchard crimes from 2005 to 2017 but also minus 18 months for Covid so it all fits within the 4 year window for a felony.
If these new charges are for events that took place at the orchard and are consistent with Ryan’s story why weren’t they filed in 2017 after he confessed to burning Tara’s body?
I think they are saying the first time they heard it was when garland lott was interviewed in 2017
I always wondered why they didn't file charges against Ryan in Ben Hill at the same time they filed them against Bo in Ben Hill.
my coworker told me she saw bo dukes trial on tv yesterday?? i thought it wasn’t for a couple of weeks
Court TV was playing Ryan's yesterday. Maybe she was confused?
