Based on what Maurice has to say, the murderer/abductor likely entered through Tara's bedroom window. Bo's confession, by contrast, has Ryan entering through a door, using a credit card to jimmy the lock. To the best of my knowledge, there were no fingerprints from the burglary, which is unlikely in the event that Ryan was drunkenly fumbling his way into the house. This fits more closely with premeditation and the wearing of latex gloves. (Assuming Bo was Tara's abductor/killer, it makes sense to give an inaccurate point of entry.)
As to who would have latex gloves--many workplaces require people to wear them for cleaning, they're omnipresent in medical jobs, and I know some germaphobes who've gone and bought them just for cleaning or food prep. Assuming premeditation, Tara's killer/abductor could have either bought a box or simply "borrowed" a few from work.
For anyone who hasn't used latex gloves, before, they tend to stick together due to static electricity. In my experience, it's nearly impossible to grab just *one* latex glove at a time. I have frequently found m yself dropping gloves on the floor as I try to separate what I think are two gloves but turn out to be three or more. They fall pretty softly and I don't always hear them land, especially if I'm mentally elsewhere or concentrating on something, and that's on a hard floor, not grass. I can see her killer/abductor doing the same thing.
In that case, the stray glove may not even have come into contact with the person's hand. As per Nancy Grace's comments, transfer DNA from factory workers is present in many packaged goods. I would like to know whether the same is true of latex gloves before making the determination that the DNA on this glove (if it's the same glove) is exculpatory of anyone considered as a suspect.

I finally got to watch the Oxygen special. My thoughts about the glove are garbage, now. Wish there was a way to delete the post.

Only thing I can figure is to go to the comment you want to remove, click to edit your response and then delete it all. You still have to post something in order to update the edit so just put spaces, dots, whatever. I cant find any other way to completely remove anything.
