Tara's car

In this whole case, there is still no way to explain the mud on Tara's car tires, the drivers seat pushed way back or the unlocked front car door. I may be over reaching here but is it possible Tara went to the place where these 7~8 boys were there and the murder happened there? Then later someone else drove Tara's car back to her house, opened the home front door with her keys, locked them from inside, dropped of tara's clothes, created a scene in the bedroom that would show signs of kidnapping and then he went through the back and the black truck was waiting to pick him up there? This wild thought I have described above just came to my head. I mean this explains the mud on the tires, the car front door left unlocked in a hurry, The money untouched in the car (whoever drove it back to leave it at Taras place wouldn't have known it was there in the first place), the missing earrings (no one goes to bed with them if Tara was at home) and obviously the gloves used to remove her clothes and disposed off in a hurry. Have been wondering was Tara deceived to reach somewher e? Was there a planned sexual assault on her? The burglary story doesn't add up. I feel there are more people involved in this case than just the two of them. Please let me know what you guys feel about this. Is this scenario even remotely possible or am i just over thinking it.

Some of her clothes were missing including a pair of New Balance shoes and some sweat pants.

I've shared a similar timeline of what happened before Vijay... I think someone returned her car knowing that it would look like she was home and this would delay anyone looking for her. I also think someone wanted to check her phone for messages... hence finding the phone on the charger...

^^^yes, drove her car back to her house. Muddy tires and the seat pushed all the way back. Purse and keys were missing b/c she either drove out there willingly, or was forced into her car from her home. Doesn't make sense for him/them to grab her purse and keys but leave her phone if they were really trying to make it look like she was home. I believe she had the purse and keys already on her but the guy(s) threw it in the dumpster b/c placing them back inside the house was too risky b/c fingerprints or other trace evidence could be on them. Her body was destroyed and it sounds like they wiped down her car pretty well. Makes me think, even more, that the glove was a plant. How is someone going to go through destroying a body in that manor, throwing keys and a purse into a public dumpster, but he so stupid and careless to drop a glove at the victim's house?! gtfoh Why would anyone remove the gloves right there in her yard?? You are gonna put those gloves in a public dumpster, or flush them down the toilet...maybe burn them in your back yard. How the hell you burn a body b ut don't set some gloves on fire?! Also it's very suspicious that HD didn't see this glove when he was at her house Sunday night. Plausible that it was dropped after he had been by there. sorry for the rant, lol

The more I have learned the more I am convinced that... 1. Nobody involved ever entered her house. 2. She did not die there. 3. She died in that orchard. 4. Someone returned her car to her home.

Agree entirely, with the stipulation that I don’t think Tara went to the orchard willingly if that is where she was murdered.

I think it's possible that she did have a on again off again thing with RD. She met up with him intentionally at his house or unintentionally at the white horse. He had friends with him and they suggested going to the orchard, she followed them there or he rode with her there. She was feeling down and it may have been out of character for her to do this but she did it anyway. Maybe she really did pass out from something she was given secretly or took intentionally and was placed in someone's truck. Maybe some of the other people there slowly began to call it a night and left. RD was passed out drunk. Whoever was still there tried to take advantage of her state and raped her and may have strangled her because she woke up while they were doing it. Or someone snuck away while everyone else was partying and got in the truck and did this to her. When she was found later in the truck deceased, they though she had overdosed or they could tell she had been strangled but nobody would admit to doing it so they covered it up.

@missB Ryan’s alibi from his defense aligns Ryan to be home that Saturday night with his brother, Bo and Ben. At some point Ryan’s defense claims only Ryan and his brother remain at the trailer. Last known sighting of Tara was around 11pm that Saturday night leaving the BBQ/ football party. Unsure how Ryan’s alibi fits into your narrative unless we choose to believe that is a false story to negate any interaction with the murdered woman. Just a thought

I wonder if BM ever had TG as a teacher...

The main players may be BD and BM with RD as the fall guy. What do we know about BM background and temperament?

Ryan's alibi was blown out of the water in court. His brother wasn't going to lie under oath for him !

All his brother said was that he did not remember.

Agree with miss_bee. There is no evidence that suggests Stephen was going to lie for Ryan and changed his mind. In the notice of alibi Ryan has to also inform the prosecution of any other people he claims were there, whether they are able to confirm the alibi or not.

What if Tara did end up going to the Whitehorse and she got so upset that she needed someone to take her home?--- we have heard that this happen a few weeks before she went missing. Person 1 offers to take her home in her car and person 2 follows to pick up person 1. Something happen in the middle of that. Or perhaps person 1 says come in an hour (or two...whatever). Person 1 intends to take advantage of her state and all goes wrong.

I agree with this theory. If Tara had made it into her house, why was Dolly still in the yard and why were the carport and Halloween lights still on? Seems like there were more witnesses to her murder and the disposal of her body, the house was subsequently staged, and the story was developed that Ryan attacked her in her house to protect his group of thug friends. I just wonder where Tara really went when she left the cookout at the superintendent's house.
