It's fantastic. So what cases is Bo still awaiting trial for? This and the SA at gunpoint?

@nonamedisplayed Newt Hudson was the lead for the GBI reorganization that happened is my point.

It's been a minute. Good to see you all back. I'm satisfied with the verdict and I think the jury made the right decision. My opinion is that Ryan should get time served. 5 years.

Time served for burning a human body and keeping it from her family for 17 yrs? Yea totally seems fair. How bout one year for every year Tara’s family has been without her and without answers. Maybe that would be a little more fair don’t you think? I pray none of you that think Ryan should just go free now ever have to lose a loved one in this manner and then have someone who knew and could have at least taken some of the pain away walk. Her family is devastated. And @Lex I’m not taking that bait and Shoudel is not “my boy”. This whole case is a tragedy all the way around. And for the record, just because the jury found him not guilty doesn’t mean they don’t believe he did it. It just means there wasn’t enough concrete evidence to convict him of it under the law. Some have already conveyed that opinion to her family. Just pray for them that the pain and loss comes to an end and they get some kind of solace by him having to serve time for what he was convicted of.

@Madisononeal I am so glad you brought that up so I wouldn't have to. When I heard that in the trial I thought I had his number on this discussion board! Sadly I was right.

Tjtennispro02 I thank you sir for the education on our beloved state political history. Kudos.

Why do I get the feeling that Bjbj408 isn’t privy to whether jury members have talked to Tara Grinstead’s family? And what kind of Person issues vague threats like I hope nothing happens to your family blah blah blah…

Sat, 21 May 2022 07:41:09 GMT

@bj wasn't it their job to make sure there was enough concrete evidence you know my stance as a fence sitter lol rigby said he would never trust bo as a witness after proving he was a felonious liar in his case but surly if ryan committed this and bo knew you would think they would at least try to get something they could prove as fact how is it that neither bo nor ryan could lead the gbi to the burnsite but old man randy led them to within 10 feet of it I found something earlier that said bo stayed with the hudsons for 3 months prior to enlisting was this to keep an eye on him and make sure he kept his mouth shut was it his uncle idea for him to enlist ?

@atlantanne I didn’t threaten anyone, it was a statement of opinion. Let’s not get overly dramatic. As for family contact who I am or am not close to is none of your business. Regardless, I wasn’t disputing the fact that the jury made the right decision based on the law. My commentary was related to the overall sadness of the outcome of all of this for Tara’s family. Stop trying to incite an argument where none exists.

Sat, 21 May 2022 12:37:37 GMT

@Os yes it was and I agree. As you and I have discussed before it just makes me sad for Tara’s loved ones to not have any real answers or closure.

Sat, 21 May 2022 13:03:23 GMT

Hey y'all! I'm here!

Sat, 21 May 2022 22:39:04 GMT

@bjbj All any of us here has wanted us closure for Tara's family and loved ones I guess we have all figured no matter what the outcome of the trials were they were never going to let the full truth out something bigger than bo and Ryan kept this silenced I don't think I'll ever change my stance on that and I know I could well and truly be wrong but I feel I'm not so the dig may continue yes the trial is over for the family but now begins Paynes big movie career the family isn't going to be at peace for some time

Sat, 21 May 2022 23:45:33 GMT

@osmosis... I also believe that something bigger than Ryan and Bo is at play here I am just not sure who/what. There is a reason that Nelson Paulk didn't take this straight to the GBI.. and follow up on it... and scream it from the roof tops until someone listened!!!!! and how did every case agent after Rothwell not see this in the case file... how did they not follow up on it?! I was disgusted by how much Shoudel DIDN'T KNOW about the case file. Shouldn't GBI training 101 be to read the freakin' case file. Common sense and all? Very disappointing.

Sun, 22 May 2022 01:18:55 GMT

Gbi protocol is the case file needs to be revisited once every 12 months I'm pretty sure you are Absolutely correct

I believe the jurors got it right, everything points to Bo Dukes and the fact Tara ended up at the pecan orchard, Ryan was used by Bo but I think Ryan was gullible until Bo started to blame Ryan and had to defend himself, Bo Dukes is another John Wayne Gacy, he is a masochistic creep and used Ryan and thought he was free and so he started raping women again, he thought he was above the law, watch Bo's demeanor when he is taking the stand in Ryan's trial, it screams serial killer, whereas Ryan I do believe is not capable of murder but he did see Tara's body but was threatened by Bo and he implicated Ryan.

Sun, 22 May 2022 05:14:22 GMT

@osmosis I will always believe Bo committed the murder & that his family covered it up to keep them/their business out of this mess. I believe his grandfather & uncle directed the GBI away from a full search of the farm in 2005 when agents were told to turn around, nit necessary to search Hudson Farms. & then he led the cops directly to the burn site.

Sun, 22 May 2022 05:16:01 GMT

I hate for Tara’s family that they lost her and that they don’t have anyone serving time (yet) for her specific murder….. but at least they have some answers. Maybe not the ones they want but some answers better than the unknown. The Whole case is just tragic, all the way around, Bo Dukes is an evil. POS.

Sun, 22 May 2022 09:08:30 GMT

Agree just feel too many people lied way to easily on the stand is it the fact that the lie is way bigger than what we know? Or the book doesn't hold that kind of power over them and the consequences of the truth coming out are way higher than what they would op for perjury

Sun, 22 May 2022 18:45:45 GMT

@bjbj408 that's how I feel. I believe Ryan.

Mon, 23 May 2022 02:43:27 GMT

After checking out Ryan whole testimony I tell yall two things. I believe him. And he should catch a bid. He done five in county. That should count. But he'll pay the in his soul. He let fear keep him from doing the right thing in the most unfortunate way. I believe what he said smh but I can't understand how he let bo do him the way he said. Smh. May god hold the Grinstead family up out the injustice they have been dealt. May he heal all affected.
