When Moshae offered information about what he saw that night he was promptly arrested on a drug charge and nothing was heard from him since in regards to the case. Big red flag as far as im concerned. Most investigators, when seeking information to help solve a murder case, are willing to turn a blind eye to secondary criminal activities but in this case they shut him down. Would love to know who was behind those charges.
Most investigators ? But who were they did NP have anything to do with it
I don’t know @os but I’d love to know if he was involved in that as well.
Doubtful NP was involved in that investigation. GBI was in control of the case by then and Godwin would hopefully know the correct people to send Moshae to speak with
Control ? I wouldnt really class there actions as in control the buck has been passed by them as well at that point .
They was in charge of the investigation which means the same thing as in control...
Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't there another witness to a truck parked at Taras that night? Another young boy who was visiting someone. He said that the man in the truck was really rude.
That would be Moshae and his friend.
There was also the women that had talked about a speeding/reckless driving black truck right by Tara’s house that night too. 🤨
I think it’s very possible the speeding truck is the same one listed in the dispatch log. But who knows.
There was also a young boy riding his bike on the Sunday who has since passed away.
Is that the one who shared a surname with a defense lawyer but not related ?
@bj that's the one I was referring to. He said a man in a truck cursed at him and told him to leave in a not so nice way.
Yep. That was Moshae. Payne interviewed his friend on the podcast: George Harrison episode.
