@paulangel... No doubt, lots of discrepancies regarding the date of the drum circle, the date when she disappeared, and who the actual last person was to see her. Hard to even draw a conclusion of when she was last seen, even with people have spoken publicly about the situation.
The thing is that for two episodes so far, they repeat that she went missing on July 13, that this was a drum circle, and that it was a full moon. So something is wrong here. Even if she actually went missing at a later date (national missing database online says July 30, presumably not mistranscribed “thirteenth” but credible info they have from another person who saw her - perhaps the landlord), the claim that there was a drum circle on a full moon on the 13th when the moon was only half full then ....is puzzling.
The 13th is when her dad and Eli decided and reported her missing. But they didn’t live there. So I think the only thing they have to go on by that is her calls to her daughter in Denver. Although, if I’m not mistaken didn’t her dad say that by the time he reported her missing someone else already had. He keeps saying that day sticks out to him, but never specifically says that’s the date I reported. And in the database she isn’t reported missing until the 30th. But why would he wait until the 30th to report her missing if he and Eli hadn’t heard from her since the 13th. And surely if they heard from her after the 13th then he wouldn’t have said that day stuck out to him. She could have just gotten into some bad shit and on the 13th was too ashamed of herself to call her daughter anymore. But still interacted slightly with Crestone society until the 30th. We really need a timeline. And more specific questions being asked by Payne!
I think Payne was narrating in Ep 1 that by the time Eli reported her missing the landlord Ara McDonald had already done so. The adoptive dad (as sweet as he is) isn't really involved in her life, so I wouldn't put too much emphasis on that, but he is right about there being conflicting info on when/where she was last seen. I have no idea if the dad Rodney ever reported her missing. It's most likely that he was contacted when she was reported missing by others. We don't know how often they talked but we do know, according to Eli, that Kristal talked with her daughter daily, missing at most a day. I don't know why NAMUS.gov lists July 30 but if you google Kristal Reisinger July 13 and Kristal Reisinger July 30 the reports basically fall under two headings of July 13 - at a drum cricle and July 30, at her residence. And yeah, absolutely, we need a timeline and lots of questions asked.
