Why didn’t she turn on the light to signal to the neighbors?

Yeah, it's SUCH a bummer they are still married and she cannot be forced to testify (if I understand correctly)...Oh the things we might learn...

@skid They didn't spend the night. They came home kind of late. I remember reading that they looked over and her light wasn't on. Plus, they heard the dog barking later on that night or early morning.

I was shocked too but that is what people have been saying/posting? Does anyone know for sure? I wonder how Brooke feels about that? And WHY would Bo still be married to her if he loves Brooke so much? Seems like Bo was scared to get a divorce because of what Emily knows and could testify to?

$. I don’t think Bo or Emily can afford to pay for a divorce.

Should be an easy divorce though....no assets or kids to fight over. Sad but true. (Fighting over kids and assets is sad....not bo and Emily lol)

Bo has no job and no prospect of one. Emily worked at a thrift store last I heard. Sometimes even a little bit of money is too much. In Bo’s case, I guess when he got his hands on any cash it went to drugs, alcohol, and prostitutes. On the other hand, I’m surprised Brooke didn’t offer to pay for the divorce herself.

Acc to Pacer, she received a DUI in the midst of her probation and restitution so I’m sure any money she made via a job went to fines. Just a hunch.

Speaking of Bo not having $$ to pay for things, who is footing the bill for his private attorney?

Excellent question.....I sincerely doubt Fox is pro bono and is repping him for free out of the goodness of his heart.

These are the people with “status” right?

Also my ex had gotten a divorce with not much money at all. He did it himself AND had a child. He got a mediator for the stuff pertaining to the child. I'm sure if Bo really wanted it he could have figured out a way.

Beckett... which "people" are you referring to?

@lex You’re right. Since they don’t have any children and I’m assuming there aren’t any shared assets, an uncontested divorce would cost very little. If they do it pro se, all they have to pay for are the filing fees and a lot of judges don’t really give a damn if both parties are present when he/she signs the Final Decree.

Fox? Anondr is probably paying his attorney fees. She’s smart like that.

There may not be a lot of assets, but there might be a lot of debt.

Which he hasn't been paying off. But I do agree that most of Bo's $$ might go toward alcohol and drugs. I just think if he wanted a divorce, he'd figure out a way to get a diviorce.
