So John made note of Kristal being a “heavy” girl. He then portrays himself as being too weak to fit the bill of carrying her, attempting to take Payne off of his tracks and away from him possibly being a suspect, the question is how would John know how much Kristal weighed? From threads I’ve heard from people who claim to be Kristals friend that she would have times of not eating much and doing heavy meditations in the woods, I am only assuming she did drugs even though the podcast paints a nicer picture but most narcotics would also show weight loss as in most 78% of people. Along with her height factor she may have appeared to be roundish/heavier but until you’re carrying a stiff body in unfamiliar territory you don’t make those claims to make yourself seem clear of the description to be a killer. What it showed is a case of weakness, I imagine John might have muscled up something as clever as he could think for concealing the matter but most of his actions were quite obvious. This type of person only commits to half way completion of what they conjured up due to weak ness and fear of getting caught. I also don’t believe John would be methodical about the concealments. weight while dead. If you are moving a body you would make a comment unknowingly saying she was a heavy girl if you were rushed
