The word around town is Steven's testimony is backing Ryan's confession.

I am surprised to hear that..

@maisy why ?

I just think that with the amount of time that has passed that the defense could be mounting a not guilty case and that the “confession”will be contested. Ryan didn’t appear to be in any sort of mental or physical state to be confessing.

Cool, I guess that's why Steven hasn't said anything at all in his brother's defense. His brother who has been in jail for murdering Tara Grinstead for a year and half. Just waiting for the right time I guess.

Yes, he is waiting for the right time.

Apparantly, continued silence has been part of Mobley's pretrial strategy for Ryan. You know, in contrast to blabber-mouth Bo's dumbass strategy following the arrest(s). Me thinks he doth protest too much and all that jazz. If you're picking up what I'm putting down.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.

Better to remain silent and be thought of as a murderer then to speak and remove all doubt?

We'll see how leaking a narrative through wickR, an on again/ off again girlfriend, the UAV DB, Reddit, and a crazy-assed Aussie works compared to simply and quietly preparing for trial. How bout that, Puddin'?

I guess it gets you 18 months of sitting in county jail waiting on your murder trial.

Whose shoes would you rather be in going into the trial? Bo's EEEs? Or Ryan's? Yes, he's been sitting in prison because of his charges, but Ryan will still have his day in court. Thanks to Bo and his big mouth, he looks guilty as sin from here on out, with Brooke his consolation prize.

@phrasing, that is true. Truly short-sighted.

I'd 100% rather be the guy not accused of murdering Tara Grinstead.

True, but I believe he is in a better position to defend himself against her murder than Bo will be.

I'm just interested in hearing Ryan's side of the story. There is absolutely no way (rread it is statistically impossible) that Ryan's version of events will make less sense than Bo's weird, convoluted narrative.

@undersea Yes, he is waiting for the right time. do you know this? or are you echoing the previous comment? thank you!

@zzivy, just my opinion! I think he's waiting for the right time and is in a better position to defend himself because Bo's ran his mouth since the arrests. Others have smartly remained silent.

He and Ryan both, to clarify.

Why hasn't Ryan's attorney held a press conference? Gag order was relaxed. Saying your client is innocent of murder publicly does not violate a gag order anyway.

@underseacaptain So I guess people can officially say Ben's name now? What do you mean?
