I feel sad that Ashley was in a downward spiral – pregnant? Drug addicted? Drug dealing? I would love to know more about her as a person. What led to this path for her? How much older than her was Sam? His voice sounds grandfatherly to me for some reason. LOL. The attempted arson seems to be the “smoking gun” here (pun intended). Cannot wait to hear more from Payne. Kudos to him for his persistence with this case and for bravely trying to engage some of these folks.

I believe Sam said he was 60. I believe there was close to a 40 year age difference .

Thanks for the reply. I didn't catch that. Ashley seems so loved by her family. Hard to believe someone would want to kill her - but that is why jealousy might be a good motive.

The oh by the way she was pregnant! Wait, what? It seems the more Sam speaks the harder it is to understand what is really going on. But that could be a motive. So sad and confusing. I truly hope for closure for her.

What is weird is how Sam said that Ashley said " Do you believe in Woman intuition" that she already thought she was pregnant with Sam's baby, When in fact she was already pregnant. I believe she did not say that to him and he is making that up.
