I'm coming up on the last week of the Jacked and Tanner cycle. I've been following the weekly progressions and so far the cycle has gone well and I'm feeling strong! I was wondering how you and the rest of the team altered the last week of the cycle to accommodate maxing out in certain exercises. You mentioned this briefly on your blog post about the cycle, but I was wondering what the specifics were. Which exercises did you cut out (if any), and which exercises did you choose to go heavier in? Is the final week more of a test week? Thanks so much in advance!

We eliminated all the drop sets and working sets. So if we wanted to max out, we would just ramp up to the weight and then move on. It's just a fun way to end that tough training cycle. Kind of a tradition in a way!
